Welcome to Oridemy. We want you to have a positive learning experience through our courses, books, exams, and other educational products. This Refund Policy explains our rules clearly so you can make an informed purchase.

After purchasing any paid course, paid exam, book access, or other digital product on Oridemy through SSLCOMMERZ, no refunds are given for any reason, whether the purchase was made online or through any other authorized Oridemy channel.

If you face a problem accessing a product you paid for, we will try to resolve the technical or access issue. However, the payment itself will not be refunded.

This no-refund rule applies to, among other things:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Unused or partially used course or exam access
• Device, internet, or personal schedule issues
• Dissatisfaction with content after purchase
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake by the user
• Choosing the wrong course or exam

We also do not exchange courses or exams. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be changed or swapped for another course, exam, or product. We do not encourage service exchange of our digital offerings.

• All paid checkouts on Oridemy are processed through SSLCOMMERZ.
• If a payment fails or remains incomplete, you will not receive access until a successful payment is completed.
• Once SSLCOMMERZ confirms a successful charge, the purchase is final and non-refundable under this policy.

Free exams and free content do not involve payment. Therefore, refund rules do not apply to free products. Access to free products may still require an Oridemy account and compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

For genuine access or technical problems after a successful purchase, please contact our support team. Support is for resolving access issues—not for requesting refunds.
